Internal performance analytics tool built on the PageSpeed Insights API, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets to help SEO teams track Core Web Vitals history and prioritize fixes across the client roster. Instead of running ad-hoc Lighthouse audits per site, the dashboard pulls scores continuously, flags regressions, and supports competitor analysis and field-data deep dives. Drove "GOOD" Page Experience scores across multiple enterprise sites and made performance a measurable, ongoing part of client work rather than a one-time audit.
