Custom plugin connecting WordPress lead forms directly to Salesforce for real-time patient intake at AAC, eventually deployed across multiple web properties in their network. Time-sensitive admissions inquiries flowed straight into Salesforce so the call center could act on them in the moment, which directly increased rescues and streamlined operations.
