Cafe Lucy Website

Cafe Lucy Website A custom WordPress theme for Cafe Lucy in Santa Monica. The minimal and cozy website design focused on presenting the menu, food photography, and local brand in a clean, manageable way. Included a custom menu-item content type, category ordering controls, item-specific metaboxes for descriptions, pricing, images, and options, plus a Gulp/Sass asset workflow for theme maintenance. I used Metabox.io to handle the custom fields. To assist with local SEO, I implemented Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), cafe/restaurant-specific schema, and automated review schema generator using the Yelp and Google Places API. Additionally, to maintain the site's health, I set up Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and set up listings on Google Maps and Bing Places.
